INDIVIDUAL / FAMILY RESERVATION & CANCELLATION

     Should you need to cancel your reservations please notify us 48 hours before departure time so that we may fully refund your payment. A 50% refund is available 24 hours before the activity. No refund with less than 24 hours notice.
     All activities (except balloon flights) take place as scheduled rain or shine. These are outdoor adventure activities and participants should dress according to the weather on the activity day. (It is not unusual to experience an afternoon rain shower in Colorado.)
     There is no charge if a balloon flight is canceled by Adventures Out West because of flight safety considerations relating to weather. All participants must sign a Waiver of Liability before participating in most activities.
