Depending on the time of the year, the time of day or other unforeseen circumstances, we are not always able to offer all tours every day. All tours require a minimum number of passengers. We will make every effort to accomodate all guests, but may ask for some flexibility on your part by having alternate days/times available.

Reservations required, Name, Contact phone number for the day or morning of the activity in the event of a weather cancelation or lost customer, Credit Card to confirm the reservation.

Please review proper clothing, cancellation policy and tour time and meeting place. NOT ALL ACTIVITIES MEET IN THE SAME PLACE. Get specific directions and adresses from the Maps page or reservationist. Please please be prepared to provide participant age, weight and ability and or special needs as needed.

Cancelation Policy. In general all reservations are confirmed and paid when a credit card # is provided. Tours are non refundable if cancelled within 1 week prior to the tour. Special cancelation policies may be negotiated on a case by case basis with the mutual agreement of both parties. Reservations can be held at any time without a credit card, but are not confirmed and will not be held if the tours become sold out.

Hot Air Balloon flights have a $10.00 per person non refundable reservation fee.

White Water Rafting has a 14 day confirmed reservation Policy. Your credit card will be charged the full amount 14 days prior to your trip. No refunds within 14 days

All tours run rain or shine. Adventures Out West may cancel tours do to weather and are the final dicision makers as to weather.
